Once you login with your email and password, you are free to shop all of our devices and plans. All veterans receive a 20% discount and phones range from low-cost to higher-end models.
Yes, as long as you pay for the first 3 months of service. The lowest cost is 19.95 total.
Yes, as long as the phone is unlocked and can be used on other carriers. We can send you a new sim card, either physical or esim, and port your number if you request to do so.
You just have to show proof that you are a veteran. You can also be active-duty, first responder or gold star family member. We want to support all members of the military community.
Yes. If you ever want to upgrade or downgrade, you are able to. You have full access to do so in your account.
Yes. If you do not have a card, you can mail a check for your first few months of service. Once we receive your check, we can activate your service and ship your phone. However, I do recommend spending that time period finding an online source of payment. It will make the payment process much more efficient.
An email can ONLY BE USED ONE TIME! The customer will be tied to that email. It is where all updates, notifications, and invoices are sent. You can use another person or representative’s email temporarily, but we recommend finding your own in that time period.
Yes. We can create the organization as the main organizer and place all of the veterans under them. This puts the responsibility for payments in the hands of the organization rather than individuals.
