**All phones will have access to internet/email. The flip phone/candy bar phone are limited on apps to download. 
**The smartphone is NOT an iPhone/Samsung. This program is designated for individuals who cannot afford a phone with his/her current income. 
We will need these things from your previous carrier. List in box above.

3. PIN number
4. Phone number you are porting
